Sybil were women on the ancient Greece and Rome cultures who can see and predict the future. This women used to live inside caves or near watercurses and Apolo was her patron for he was the god of almost all divinators. I don't know if they use eagle wings on their hairs but I think it looks nice. However, the eagle is an animal more related to Zeus/Jupiter.
